Get a Total Body Workout Without a Gym

Whether you're on vacation, or you've had a long grueling day at the office, there are times when you just can't seem to make it to the gym. Don't let it drop down on the resting leg! Repeat this for 3 sets of 25 then roll over to do the other leg. If you're still feeling strong, it's time for squats. Stand up straight and place your feet hip length apart. Put your arms straight in front of you for balance, and slowly lower your body into a squatting position.
